In doing some survey of Civil War maps at the Library of Congress, I pulled an enlargement of the Vinings area which prompts some interest. First, the map credentials are shown left. Second, the located crossing of the RR on Paces Ferry appears off, which doesn't help qualify the more important reference to the "Paces" (family) being located down Paces Ferry to the right, and the location of Paces Mill near the river. ummm Also notes the "Robinson" family on the Vinings Mt. ridge, and others.
